Return & Refund Policy

At our fragrance store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Perfumes and fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and product-safety considerations.

2. Damaged or Wrong Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs/videos of the received product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Opened or used perfumes/fragrances

  • Products without their original packaging

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • Products returned after the specified return period

  • Items purchased on clearance or special promotional terms, where stated

4. Refunds

If your refund is approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refund timing may depend on the payment method and applicable banking/payment-processing procedures.

5. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or damaged product, we may arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

For other approved returns, shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
